Facebook at 12 [Infographic]

Facebook is 12 years old today and it’s certainly made an impact.

Tom Hopkins from One Productions, a video production company based in Dublin, has put together this infographic to mark the occasion. Video marketing and social media go hand in hand, and he says the following points are worth noting:

• 1.5 billion people use the main core Facebook service, but its eco-system also includes users of WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Groups.
• 9 in 10 of these users access Facebook on a mobile device at least part of the time
• The key areas for Facebook in the future are; artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR) and Internet.org.
