The Irish Data Protection Commissioner is appealing a case to the Irish Supreme Court.
The case involves Irish ISP Eircom’s out of court agreement with the music industry to implement a “three strikes” rule or “graduated response” to alleged copyright infringers.
The Irish Times has full coverage of this latest chapter in the IRMA vs ISP saga.
We posted about this over on the company blog in the past.
(Thanks to Brian Honan for the headsup!)
