On Monday, Minister for Innovation, Sean Sherlock TD, will officially launch our new datacentre at our offices in Carlow. After 10 years in business, it’s an important step for us to move to providing our own facilities. We also think it’s important Irish tech news.
We employ 35 people and serve over 70,000 customers in over 130 countries. We own and operate our own network, run 4,000+ servers, support 220,000+ websites and handle 6 million emails a day. We’re 100% Irish and we support online business and the Irish Internet community. Our contributions have been recognised by our peers, and our CEO recently received the IIA Net Visionary Award.
We’re locals. We’re good guys (and girls!) And just this once, we’re blowing our trumpet!
Monday’s event will be streamed live on blog.blacknight.com, beginning at 3pm.
