Twitter API Changes are coming

As per the title it seems like there are some pretty big changes coming to how you can use the Twitter API. A post over on the dev blog https://dev.twitter.com/blog/changes-coming-to-twitter-api discusses them in more detail. You can read a breakdown of some of the changes over on Marco Arment’s blog. Interpreting some of Twitter’s API changes. Seems a bit like twitter is shooting itself in the foot. I use third party apps all the time and these changes seem to be pretty restrictive in what they can and can’t do.
