Buffalo have launched a new storage device which they’ve aptly named the MiniStation Slim.

It’s incredibly slim – only 8.8mm thick, 11.5cm long and 7.9cm wide:

it’s also very very light, weighing in at a mere 140 grams and can store 500 GB of digital content.

It comes with USB 3.0 support, so file transfer speeds should be high – reportedly up to 5Gbps.

With something that size you could easily use it as an external hard drive or for dumping photos and videos onto when you need to.

They should be retailing for around £60 in the UK. Pricing in Ireland should be from €71.99.
