Ethan Cleary is Head of IT Strategy at the Irish Farmers’ Association.  In this video he explains how he uses reverse innovation to learn practical ways to deploy technology in the service of Irish farmers.  This has led to a “mobile first” strategy, resulting in the development of the iFarm app, which puts business information right into the hands of farmers “in the field”.
