Geeky Controversy [Audio]

Brought to you by Blacknight, it’s the Technology.ie Podcast with Michele Neylon and Conn Ó Muíneacháin.  It’s our first show together since Conn joined Blacknight full time, and we talk a bit about how Technology.ie is being developed with additional content, in particular video.

Michele is excited because Twitter have just announced that their advertising programme is now open to small businesses in the UK, Ireland and Canada.  Also, he explains Blacknight’s involvement with the EU Alliance for Safe Online Pharmacy, which met this week in Dublin.

The IE Domain Registry is changing the way it handles suspensions and deletions of .ie domains.  Read more about it here.

Finally we look ahead to ICANN 48 next week in Buenos Aires.

Technology.ie is brought to you by Blacknight, Ireland’s largest provider of domains and hosting.  Blacknight is hiring for a vancancy in its accounts department.  Click here for more!
