Here’s a short and useful video from the European Internet Exchange Association which does a great job of explaining the principles of Internet Protocol, Internet Exchanges and peering. It uses a great analogy about breakfast cereal and milk to illustrate the benefits of cooperation for the members of an Internet Exchange.
