Here’s the first of three videos in which the authors of the Copyright Review Committee Report present the report to the public forum held at the Royal Irish Academy on Monday. In this video: Dr Eoin O’Dell, who chaired the committee, talks about the proposed Copyright Council, explains the committee’s recommendations to amend the existing legislation defining Fair Dealing, and outlines the recommendations regarding Disability and Heritage.
