We met some people from Dell at the Irish Technology Leadership Group event held in Limerick in January.  This is the first of two videos where we talk about Dell’s new direction as the World’s Biggest Startup.

Anthony Quigney is Director of the Dell Solution Centres in EMEA.  He says it’s not enough to give customers a product spec-sheet: you need to work with them to address their particular business needs and develop solutions to move their business forward.

Since Dell went private, Anthony says, they are “back in startup mode, in many ways”, and reaching out to other startups with the launch of the Dell Centres for Entrepreneurs.  We’ll have more on that in our next video on Tuesday, featuring Dell’s Entrepreneur in Residence, Ingrid Vandervelt.
