It’s not California, as Michele and I discussed yesterday, but that doesn’t change the fact that Ireland is having a fantastic, sunny, showery summer. Talk to any farmer: they’re delighted with the weather. Driving through Tipperary yesterday I was struck by the greenness of grass and crops. And suntanned people are lapping it up.
This video does a great job of capturing a 4 day road trip around Ireland in 4 minutes. Four days? You’d need four weeks to be fair, and they do have to cut some corners (like the South East!) But The Wild Atlantic Way and Northern Ireland give a good show and it looks like a lot of fun – as well as being a very professional job by Dog Day Media.
Incidentally, as this video suggests, if you haven’t jumped into the sea yet this summer, you might want to try it. The water is lovely!
